Project got delayed and now drafting Legal Pleadings for submission before the Court of Law and Expert Committee. 2. Senior Contract Administrator Pan Arab Consulting Engineers (PACE) – Kuwait o June 2007 – February 2012 o Responsibilities and Achievements: I have been Manager of two quantity surveyors, on two different projects of roads and bridges, RA/125 & RA/125. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications for 3 numbers of housing projects in Djibouti, and negotiated the documents with the Clients. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications for a housing project in Mauritania. Drafted FIDIC based Tender Documents & Specifications of Aden Causeway Project in Yemen. I had also prepared Prequalification Evaluation Report and Schedules of 31 international contractors for this project, including replies to contractors’ quarries, letter of acceptance and agreement. Drafted Technical Specifications & Tender Documents for Preventive Maintenance of NREC Buildings in Kuwait for the following works: • HVAC, Chillers, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm System. 3.
